Cancellation & Refund Policy

Promo Fusion 360 believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the request may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, communicated to vendors/merchants, or has entered the shipping stage.
  • Non-cancellable Items: Promo Fusion 360 does not accept cancellations for perishable items such as flowers, food, or other consumables. However, a refund or replacement can be issued if the customer proves that the delivered item was of poor quality.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of receipt. After verifying the issue, the merchant will determine the next steps. If the product does not meet expectations or differs from its online description, you must notify customer service on the same day of delivery. Our team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
  • Products with Manufacturer Warranty: For products covered under a manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for any issues.
  • Refunds: If a refund is approved by Promo Fusion 360, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.
